Description
It is well known that, while writing their thesis, PhD students tend to experience more stress and anxiety than in the other stages of their education.
The activity consists of four workshops and is intended to strengthen the PhD students’ skills in coping with the stress associated with this critical stage of their academic education.
This initiative is funded by the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) Executive Committee.
