Graduate School of Health Sciences at Aarhus University
The participants in this course in causal inference in health sciences have been introduced to a causal language and the underlying framework that form the basis for understanding and conducting causal analyses. Participants have been introduced to methods like inverse probability of treatment weighting and g-computation that can be applied to decompose effects in mediation analyses, handle confounding issues and explore the existence of interaction and effect modification. Further, they have had the opportunity to apply these methods to example data in different statistical software packages
