Selected content is based on recent research contributions in the field.
Including learning objectives: By the end of the course, participants should be able to:
- Understand the structure and operation of wind turbine systems, and special situations of offshore wind power plants
- Describe key electrical components, such as generators and power electronic converters
- Analyze the operation and control of wind farms and their integration into power systems
- Understand the impacts of wind power on power system
- Gain insight into current trends and AI/ML applications in wind power engineering
